A barn quilt takes the concept of a traditional quilt block and recreates it in paint on plywood. The plywood square is then displayed on a barn or other structure for passersby to enjoy.

Come to Deb Adams' barn and paint with us!
Deb will provide the plywood boards at cost (your choice of 12" square, approximately $10, or 24" square, approximately $20), and basic paint colors.
What to bring:
- Block pattern of your choice (ideas here: www.barnquiltheadquarters.com/patterns)
- Straightedge to draw lines
- Cash for board (Estimated $10/$20, but bring extra because the cost will depend on lumber prices)
- Paint - optional if you want specific colors. You can get exterior satin latex samples mixed to order at most paint and home improvement stores.
- Hair dryer
- Paint brushes
- Painter's tape
- Snack to share
