February Meeting

Hello, GLMQG!  I hope everyone is shoveled out from Snow-mageddon!

At our meeting in January, we decided to hold informal meetings during our off-months.  These prospective meetings would be held on the 4th Wednesday every other month, beginning in February.  The meetings will be held at various locations, based on availability of space and members possibly volunteering to host.  The agenda will be loose -- depending on the space, these meetings will be for us to ask questions of our fellow quilters, get some help with the online challenges, show off our creations, get some ideas and inspiration, and just get to know each other.

Wednesday, 25 February, 6:00 - 8:00p.m. -- I have reserved the Gourdneck Lake Room at the Portage District Library.  There is a fee for this room, so I would like to get an idea as to how many people are planning to come.  If only a few of us are planning to attend, I will try to find another space that will accommodate a smaller group, i.e. a room at a restaurant, or a member's home (suggestions welcome!).  Unfortunately, Bernina is not available in February, but may come available for future meetings.
